London Gala PosterFounded in 1907 and one of the oldest skating clubs in Canada, the London Skating Club will celebrate its 100th anniversary with the Centennial Gala Ice Show on Sunday, February 18, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the John Labatt Centre in London, Ontario

Sponsored by BMO Financial Group, the ice show will feature current members on the national team, including Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, Jeff Buttle, Christopher Mabee, Jessica Dubé and Bryce Davison, former Olympic medallist and national champion Donald Jackson, and many more to be announced later.

Former national pair champion, Olympic silver medalist, and current Skate Canada Director of Marketing and Sponsorship Debbi Wilkes will be hosting the show.

The proceeds from the event will go to support Jesse’s Journey, the London and Region Chapter of Muscular Dystrophy Canada and the London Skating Club Bursary Fund.
