Special Mother’s Day ticket package to the 2007 HomeSense Skate Canada International to go on sale April 30

(April 24, 2007 - Ottawa, ON) - A special Mother’s Day ticket package to the 2007 HomeSense Skate Canada International will go on sale on Monday, April 30.

The 2007 HomeSense Skate Canada International will take place Nov. 1 - 4, 2007 at la Colisée Pepsi in Quebec City.

The Mother’s Day package, which is only available from April 30 to May 13, includes a pair of tickets for the Saturday, Nov. 3 and Sunday, Nov. 4 events, plus an event pin.

HomeSense Skate Canada International features some of the world’s best skaters, and is the second of six competitions in the yearly International Skating Union (ISU) Grand Prix of Figure Skating series. The other events take place in the United States, China, France, Russia and Japan. Skaters are awarded points based on their placements in the series’ events. The top-six men and ladies and the top-six pair and ice dance teams qualify for the ISU Grand Prix Final.

The Mother’s Day package costs $180 plus applicable surcharges, and is available by phone at 1-800-900-SHOW or in person at la Colisée Pepsi box office.
