We are inviting applications for the position of: MEMBER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting to the Director of Member Services at the Skate Canada National Office in Ottawa responsibilities include:
- Responding to the needs of the membership by fielding customer service inquiries on products, programs and services provided by Skate Canada.
- Providing guidance in the resolution of club management issues and problems.
- Preparing correspondence in response to queries relating to customer services.
- Processing member registration lists and test summary sheets.
- Updates membership records and lists.
- Assisting with the processing of customer merchandise orders and prioritizes shipments based on established policy.
- Cross-sells services or products at every opportunity.
- Assisting with the development of Annual Registration Packages
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/French) with oral and written skills in both languages
- Strong and accurate keyboarding skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong customer services related experience – telephone and face-to-face
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner
- Experience in the sport of skating is an asset

Salary Range: $30,000 to $38,000 dependent on qualifications, plus and excellent benefits package.
