Young Skaters Attend Skate Canada’s National Development Camp in Toronto

This weekend Skate Canada will host its annual National Development Camp in Toronto, Ont. The camp will run from April 25-28, 2013 and will host 26 figure skaters and their coaches from across the country. The athletes invited to the camp, all skate in the singles discipline, were selected based on a combination of age and performance in the 2012-2013 season.
The focus of the camp will be on technical skill development through on-ice sessions. The athletes will also take part in fitness testing and there will be sessions specifically aimed at coaches.
