Four-time world champion and four-time Canadian champion Kurt Browning is thrilled with the opportunity to share the spotlight with Barenaked Ladies. Kurt Browning’s « Gotta Skate VI » show will take place at Air Canada Centre in Toronto on Friday October 13, 2006 and feature the city’s own musical stars Barenaked Ladies.

“The caliber of skaters on this year’s tour is incredible. And of course, to be on the same show as one of my favourite bands, Barenaked Ladies is a dream come true!,” says Browning.

Joining Kurt on the ice will be 2002 Olympic pairs gold medallists Jamie Salé and David Pelletier, eight-time British champion Steven Cousins, 2006 Olympic bronze medallist and 2006 and 2005 Canadian champion Jeffrey Buttle, 1994 world champion Yuka Sato, 2005 and 2006 Canadian champion Joannie Rochette, three-time U.S. champions Kyoka Ina and John Zimmerman, and four-time ice dance Canadian champions Marie-France Dubreuil and Patrice Lauzon.
